- What other “like” homes are currently listed for in your market
- What other “like” homes are pending sale in your market
- Any differences in your home that might make it worth more – amenities, upgrades, larger lots, additional square feet and more
- Any differences in your home that might make it worth less – upgrades needed, repairs needed and more
